Detailed Timeline

What Happens When

Har project thoda unique hota hai, lekin general timeline roughly iss pattern ko follow karti hai. Ye aapko ek realistic expectation set karne me help karega.

Day 0–2

Initial Discussion & Basic Sizing

Aap WhatsApp / call / form se connect karte hain. Hum aapka latest electricity bill, basic load info & roof description maangte hain.

Is data ke basis par ek rough system size aur direction decide hoti hai – yahi se hum decide karte hain ki site visit kab aur kaise schedule karein.

Day 2–5

Site Visit & Survey

Team aapke site par visit karke roof ko physically check karti hai – slab / sheet, shadow points, wiring path, inverter location, earthing possibility etc.

Photos, measurements aur observations likhe jaate hain, taaki design team ke paas clear picture ho aur kuch bhi assume na karna pade.

Day 5–8

System Design & Proposal

Survey ke baad, system design freeze hota hai – kitne kW, kitne panels, kya tilt & orientation, kaunsa inverter model etc.

Saare points ko ek written proposal me summarise kiya jata hai jisme costing, expected generation, basic single-line diagram & approximate payback include hota hai.

Post Approval

Booking, Material & Scheduling

Aap proposal approve karte hain, booking amount clear hota hai, aur material planning start ho jati hai – panels, inverter, structure, wiring, protection devices.

Saath hi, installation dates aapke convenient slots ke hisaab se lock kiye jaate hain – especially agar commercial ya institute project hai.

Installation Phase

Structure, Panels & Wiring

On-site execution stepwise hota hai – pehle structure, phir panels, phir DC wiring, phir AC side & earthing. Har step ke baad quick checks kiye jaate hain.

Project size ke hisaab se installation 1–5 days ke beech me complete ho sakta hai.

Post-Install

Testing, Documentation & Handover

Inverter & system testing hoti hai, documentation organise hota hai, aur subsidy / net-metering ke liye forms & process me guidance di jati hai.

Finally, aapko system demo, basic do’s & don’ts, aur contact details ke saath formal handover kiya jata hai.

Usually initial call / enquiry ke 1–3 days ke andar site visit schedule ho sakta hai, depending on location & availability.

Proposal kab milta hai?

Site survey ke 2–3 working days ke andar detailed proposal ready hota hai – residential ke liye usually faster, commercial ke liye thoda detail me.

Installation khatam hone me kitna time lagta hai?

Small rooftop systems often 1–2 days me complete ho sakte hain. Large / complex roofs or commercial setups me 3–5 days bhi lag sakte hain.

Meter & subsidy process kitna time leta hai?
